Future यानी भविष्य। जब हम भविष्य में होने वाली घटनाओं की बात करते हैं, जैसे – "मैं कल स्कूल जाऊँगा", "वह अगली बार परीक्षा पास कर लेगा", या "हम अगले महीने घूमने जाएंगे" – तो हम English grammar में Future Tense का इस्तेमाल करते हैं।

📘 Future Tense के चार प्रकार

English Grammar में Future Tense को 4 भागों में बाँटा गया है:

1️⃣ Simple Future Tense

Simple Future Tense का उपयोग तब किया जाता है जब हम भविष्य में होने वाले किसी सामान्य कार्य या इरादे की बात करते हैं। यह कोई योजना भी हो सकती है या कोई अनुमान भी।

Structure: Subject + will/shall + V1 (Base Verb) + object

उदाहरण:

• I will visit my grandparents tomorrow. – मैं कल अपने दादा-दादी से मिलने जाऊँगा।
• She will start a new job next week. – वह अगली हफ्ते नई नौकरी शुरू करेगी।
• We will play cricket in the evening. – हम शाम को क्रिकेट खेलेंगे।
• He will not agree with your idea. – वह तुम्हारे विचार से सहमत नहीं होगा।
• Will you attend the meeting? – क्या तुम बैठक में शामिल होगे?
• They will come here next month. – वे अगले महीने यहाँ आएंगे।
• We shall overcome these problems. – हम इन समस्याओं से उबर जाएंगे।
• You will receive your package soon. – तुम्हें अपना पैकेज जल्द मिल जाएगा।
• The weather will be nice tomorrow. – कल मौसम अच्छा रहेगा।
• I will not forget your help. – मैं तुम्हारी मदद नहीं भूलूंगा।

2️⃣ Future Continuous Tense

Future Continuous Tense का प्रयोग हम तब करते हैं जब कोई कार्य भविष्य के किसी निश्चित समय पर जारी रहेगा। यह Tense उन परिस्थितियों को दर्शाता है जब कोई activity किसी समय पर "चल रही होगी"।

इसका उपयोग तब भी होता है जब हम यह बताना चाहते हैं कि भविष्य में किसी निश्चित समय पर कोई कार्य किसी अन्य कार्य के बीच हो रहा होगा।

Structure: Subject + will/shall be + V1 + ing + object

Examples:

• I will be watching TV at 9 PM. – मैं रात 9 बजे टीवी देख रहा होऊंगा।
• She will be preparing dinner when we arrive. – जब हम पहुँचेंगे, वह डिनर बना रही होगी।

• I won’t be using my phone during the meeting. – मैं मीटिंग के दौरान अपना फोन इस्तेमाल नहीं कर रहा होऊंगा।
• We shall be watching the movie together. – हम साथ में फिल्म देख रहे होंगे।
• You will be waiting at the station, right? – तुम स्टेशन पर इंतज़ार कर रहे होगे, सही?
• My parents will be sleeping when I reach home. – जब मैं घर पहुँचूंगा, मेरे माता-पिता सो रहे होंगे।
• The teacher will be checking the papers tomorrow. – शिक्षक कल पेपर जांच रहे होंगे।

✅ ध्यान दें: इस Tense में मुख्य संकेत शब्द होते हैं – “at this time tomorrow”, “next week at 5 PM”, “when you arrive” आदि, जो किसी खास समय को इंगित करते हैं।

3️⃣ Future Perfect Tense

Future Perfect Tense का उपयोग उन स्थितियों में किया जाता है जहाँ कोई कार्य भविष्य के किसी निश्चित समय तक पूरा हो चुका होगा।

यह Tense किसी काम की पूर्णता (completion) को दर्शाता है और अक्सर इसमें "by", "before", या "till" जैसे समय-सूचक शब्द शामिल होते हैं।

Structure: Subject + will/shall have + V3 (Past Participle) + object

Examples:

• I will have completed my assignment by 6 PM. – मैं शाम 6 बजे तक अपना असाइनमेंट पूरा कर चुका होऊंगा।
• She will have reached the airport before the flight departs. – वह उड़ान के रवाना होने से पहले एयरपोर्ट पहुँच चुकी होगी।
• We shall have eaten dinner by the time guests arrive. – जब तक मेहमान आएंगे, हम डिनर कर चुके होंगे।
• They will have finished their homework before 9 PM. – वे रात 9 बजे से पहले अपना होमवर्क खत्म कर चुके होंगे।
• Will you have left by tomorrow morning? – क्या तुम कल सुबह तक जा चुके होगे?
• He won’t have recovered by then. – वह तब तक ठीक नहीं हुआ होगा।
• The train will have departed before we reach the station. – जब तक हम स्टेशन पहुँचेंगे, ट्रेन निकल चुकी होगी।
• My brother will have learned driving by next month. – मेरा भाई अगले महीने तक गाड़ी चलाना सीख चुका होगा।
• We will have cleaned the house before guests come. – जब तक मेहमान आएंगे, हम घर साफ कर चुके होंगे।
• You will have watched the full series by weekend. – तुम सप्ताहांत तक पूरी सीरीज देख चुके होगे।

✅ इस Tense में ध्यान रखें: “by 8 PM”, “before Monday”, “by next week” आदि समय को इंगित करने वाले phrases महत्वपूर्ण होते हैं।

4️⃣ Future Perfect Continuous Tense

Future Perfect Continuous Tense का प्रयोग तब होता है जब कोई कार्य भविष्य में किसी निश्चित समय तक लगातार चल रहा होगा। यह किसी कार्य की निरंतरता को दर्शाता है और उस समय की अवधि को भी बताता है।

यह Tense दर्शाता है कि कोई काम किसी समय से शुरू होकर भविष्य में एक विशेष समय तक "हो रहा होगा" और कितने समय से हो रहा होगा, यह भी बताया जाता है।

Structure: Subject + will/shall have been + V1 + ing + object + since/for + time

Examples:

• I will have been studying for three hours by 10 PM. – मैं रात 10 बजे तक तीन घंटे से पढ़ रहा होऊंगा।
• She will have been working here for five years next month. – वह अगले महीने तक यहाँ पाँच साल से काम कर रही होगी।

• He will have been waiting for you for two hours. – वह दो घंटे से तुम्हारा इंतज़ार कर रहा होगा।
• We shall have been walking since morning. – हम सुबह से चल रहे होंगे।
• Will you have been working on this project for a month? – क्या तुम इस प्रोजेक्ट पर एक महीने से काम कर रहे होगे?
• She will have been learning French for six months. – वह छह महीने से फ्रेंच सीख रही होगी।
• They will have been discussing the issue since morning. – वे सुबह से इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा कर रहे होंगे।
• You will have been practicing yoga for one year. – तुम एक साल से योग कर रहे होगे।
• The child will have been sleeping for two hours by then. – तब तक बच्चा दो घंटे से सो रहा होगा।

✅ ध्यान दें: "since" का प्रयोग जब समय निश्चित हो (जैसे: since morning, since 2020) और "for" का प्रयोग अवधि बताने के लिए (जैसे: for 2 hours, for 5 days) किया जाता है।

Q1. Future Tense क्या होता है?
